Tony was a kind and gentle man. In spite of some hick-ups, he loved and cared for his family and friends greatly. He was generous... all our family, Peter and Ayako, Claire and Bruce and Mary and Bernard took over his house on numerous occasions. He always made us most welcome and enjoyed the company. Sport was his passion and he played Squash and Tennis with Bernard a lot. When staying with us in the UK he became part of the tennis team. We watched a lot of Rugby together. Tony knew all the finer points. He liked helping people and became a much appreciated gardener and even a builder on one of Bernard's construction schemes. He wasn't a dab hand at cooking still we cant all be perfect. You will be greatly missed Tony
