On November 4, 2024, unexpectedly at home, aged 87 years. Beloved husband of Maxene “Trish” (née Delaney), much loved Dad and father-in-law of Heleen and Allan Craig, Robyn-ann Guard, Heather Guard and friend of Richard Bururu, Donna and David Guard-Lomax, and Steven and Kate Guard. Adored Grandad of Kyle, Brodie, and Laurel; Shaun, Jinelle, and Ayla; Tapiwa; Bradley (deceased), and Damin; and Arlya, and Sienna; and loved great grandfather of all his great grandchildren. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Dawn and Ian Dymond, the late Ken Swanwick, and brother-in-law of Robin Delaney, and much loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. A friend of many.
