On behalf of all members of the Royal New Zealand Pipe Bands' Association I offer our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Connor. Connor recently won the inaugural Oceania World Juvenile Solo Drumming competition we held in Christchurch and was a much respected and loved member of our National Youth Pipe Band as well as his home bands STAC and Canterbury Caledonian. His loss is felt deeply by many within our community which I know will rally to support one another. To his family and close friends, the pipe band community sends its very best wishes and offers its support to you. We also wish to pass on our gratitude and utmost respect for the wonderful contribution Connor made in his short time with us.
