It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Danuta, peacefully, at Russley Village in Christchurch, on Monday, December 25, 2023.  Danuta was dearly loved as Mamusia to Halinka and Henry Roberts, and the late Krysia Dustin; treasured as Nana to Tristan and Heidi, Victoria and Ben; adored as Great Nana to Abby, Josie, and Esmé. Her memory will also be fondly remembered by her loving sister Alina, nephews Micky and Stephen, and members of her extended family. Danuta’s elegance, affection, and cherished memories will forever remain in our hearts. Her profound dignity, unwavering love, and legacy will continue to inspire and touch us all. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Alexander Skingle, who provided many years of dedicated care to Danuta, ensuring her comfort and well-being until her passing. We are eternally grateful for his commitment. Additionally, we wish to express our sincere thanks to Madeline, Dennis, and the entire team at Russley Village for their gentle and compassionate support.
