On Tuesday 19^th November our dear Mum, having been so strong for so long, slipped gently away to join Dad in time for their 72^nd wedding anniversary. She (our Mum Ivy) was the beloved wife of Dad, the late Stan for nearly 70 years. Much loved, and deeply missed Mum of Bruce, Rod and Sue, Mark and Anne, Kathy and Tony, Joanne and Swampy, Steve and Gen, Stella, Ray and Annie. Fun-loving and loved Nana and Great-Nana to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Many thanks to the staff at Palm Grove Rest Home and Retirement Village for their compassion and care of our Mum. Her funeral service will be held at our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Tuesday, November 26, at 10:00am, followed by interment in Memorial Park Cemetery.
