On February 26, 2024, aged 85 years. Last of the Costelloe family from Blaketown. Dearly loved husband of the late Doris, youngest son of the late Denis and Annie (Maguire), loved brother and brother in law of Billie and Gavin Arnott, Eileen and Brian Hunter, Paul and Isobel, Kathleen and Bill Kennedy,  Leo and Diane,  and Pat and Gloria, loved step-dad, uncle and step-grandad. Special thanks to the staff of Albarosa dementia care unit and Christchurch Hospital for their care of Jim. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Gregory’s Catholic Church, 26 Cotswold Avenue, Bishopdale, on Friday March 1, at 1.00pm. Followed by interment at Memorial Park Cemetery, Corner of Cypress Street and Ruru Road, Bromley.
