On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, peacefully and surrounded by love at Christchurch Hospital, aged 94 years. Loved wife of the late Tom, loved Mum and mother-in-law of Trish and Graham Adams (Blenheim), Robert and Carolyn, Polli and Ben Stenekes (New South Wales), Raelene and Chris, Donald and Grace, and the late Michael, beloved Nana Mac to her 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, loved cousin, neighbour, and friend to many. The Funeral Service in celebration of Joan’s life will be held in our Oaklands Chapel, corner Halswell Junction and Wigram Roads, Halswell, on Thursday, July 20, at 2.30pm.
