On June 24, 2023 passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 71 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Janet Mary Sykes (nee Crowley). Much loved son of the late Leonard and Isobel Sykes. Treasured and loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Adored great-uncle of Milla, Albie, Josh, Henry, Ailis, Cedric, Florence, Edward and TJ.  Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Michael Sykes, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545.  A Celebration of Michael’s life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Thursday, July 6th, at 10.00am.
