On March 8, 2024, peacefully at Summerset at Wigram, in his 101st year. Dearly loved husband of the late Avril, much loved and respected father and father-in-law of Bruce and Bronwyn, and Roger and Sue, treasured Grandpa of Amanda, Ben, and Ashley; Simon and Karin, and Matthew and Jacqueline. Great-Grandpa of Amelia, Lauren, Miles, Chloe, Emma, Harper, and Zara. The family sincerely thank the staff at Summerset at Wigram for their support and friendship during Ron’s eight years of residence and most recently for their care, compassion, respect and kindness. The funeral service for Ron will be held in St Martin’s Anglican Church, 50 Lincoln Road, Spreydon, on Thursday, March 14, at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
