On Saturday, September 28, 2024, peacefully at Summerset at Avonhead, aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of Marianne (Blanchfield), loved and admired brother-in-law of Karen and Geoff, Helen and Michael, Doug and Sharyn, Pat and Norma, Robyn and John, Neil and Renata, Rae and Nello, Frank and Claire (deceased), Janet and Chris, and Gloria and Allen (both deceased). Loved brother-in-law of Hugh, and Peter (both deceased), loved uncle of Hugh and Therese, and their daughter Alice. Much loved by all his nieces and nephews in Australia and New Zealand.
