On Friday, July 7, 2023, peacefully at Parkstone Retirement Village, aged 93 years. Loved wife of the late Park Jin Chu, loved mother and mother-in-law of Jui Yi Chu and Dun Lay Chu, Sau Har Chu, Xiu Jin Zhu and Wei Bin Chen, Sau Ying La and Thong La, Pei Ying Lau and Tony Lau. Loved Grandma of Daniel, Henry, Caleb, Carson, Shi Ming, Li Ming, Megan, Sophie, Jimmy, Gary, Wilson, and their partners. Loved great-grandmother of Hiu Ching, Hiu Yi, Joey, Melyee, Cathy, Harper, Nathan, and Lucas. A special thanks to Parkstone for their care and professionalism over the past five years.
