Passed peacefully, after a short illness, on June 10^th, 2024, aged 87 years. Beloved wife and companion of Peter for 64 years. Cherished sister of the late Jeannette. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Gendie, Martin and Susan, Richard and Kate, and Jo and the late Kevin. Treasured and devoted Granny to Elizabeth, Ben, Alex, Mei-Lee, Hannah, Casey, Zhali and Jimi. Special Great-Granny of William, Anna, and Jack. With her gentle and kind nature, Winsome was a dear and helpful friend to many. Her garden full of “little treasures” gave her much pleasure. A memorial service for Winsome will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Saturday, August 10^th, at 10:00am. A private cremation has been held.
